A reliable tipster from China has claimed that the standard edition of the Redmi K40 series will be debuting in Q4 this year. He revealed that the first quarter of the coming year will see the arrival of the Redmi K40 Pro just as the company unveiled Redmi K30 Pro in Q1 this year.
The leak further reveals that the Redmi K40 could be powered by the unannounced SM7350 chipset. The SoC could be debuting in the market as the Snapdragon 775 SoC.

Rumors have it that the Chinese manufacturer is currently working on the launch of the Redmi K30 Ultra smartphone. It is speculated to be fueled by the Dimensity 1000+ SoC.
