ASUS ZenFone 7 Live Shots and Key Specifications Leaked

ASUS will be launching the ZenFone 7 series of flagship phones on Aug. 26. Rumors have so far revealed that the lineup includes the vanilla model named ZenFone 7 and an advanced variant called ZenFone 7 Pro. Reports have claimed that they are powered by Snapdragon 865 and Snapdragon 865 Plus chipsets, respectively. Ahead of the launch, Slash Leaks has received a couple of live shots of the ZenFone 7. Moreover, a leaked shot of the retail box of the device has revealed the key specifications of the phone.

As can be seen in the live shots, the ZenFone 7 will continue to sport a notch-less design like the predecessor ZenFone 6. The leaked shot of the retail package reveals that the ZenFone 7 will be sporting a larger display.

Coming to the rear design of the ZenFone 7, one can see a triple camera setup at the top. It’s a flip camera system. To recall, the predecessor ZenFone 6 had featured a dual flip camera setup last year. The back panel of the phone seems to be made out of glass. The handset seems to be fitted with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

ZenFone 7 Specifications

The below shown image shows that the ZenFone 7’s model number is ZS670KS. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ resolution supporting display. It is unclear whether the phone is equipped with an LCD or OLED panel.

The Snapdragon 865 mobile platform that clocks at 2.84GHz powers the device with 8 GB of RAM. It has a native storage of 128 GB. The flip camera setup includes a 64-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel lens, and an 8-megapixel snapper. The phone houses a 5,000mAh battery.

Last week, Roland Quant had tipped that the phone may come in 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage version. He revealed that 256 GB variant of the phone will be priced at 549 euros whereas the 128 GB edition will be costing 499 euros.
