POCO had already scheduled for a September 7th launch event where the company will announce the latest POCO X3 and possibly the POCO X3 Pro as well.
However, that wouldn’t be the only launch event for POCO next week as the company had officially confirmed that they will be launching the POCO M2 on September 8th as well.
At current stage, there isn’t much information pertaining to the upcoming POCO M2 although there have been speculations that the device will be a rebranded model for one of the current Redmi 9 series smartphones.
Based on the information so far, the POCO M2 is likely to be positioned below the POCO X3, which had been confirmed to be the first smartphone in the world to feature the new Snapdragon 732G SoC.
Hopefully, we’ll be able to hear more about this device in the coming days.
