HTC Desire 20+ launched in Taiwan with Snapdragon 720G & 48MP Quad Cameras

After launching the HTC Desire 20 Pro back in June this year. the Taiwanese smartphone maker is now back with the all-new Desire 20+ targeted at the mid-ranger smartphone segment.

At the front, the HTC Desire 20+ comes with the usual dewdrop-notch display which measures 6.5-inches diagonally. It will be a LCD display that comes with FHD+ screen resolution and has a 16 megapixels selfie camera.

On the flip-side, there will be a quad-camera system housed within a rectangular camera housing. These cameras include a 48 megapixels primary shooter, 5 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 5 megapixels depth sensor, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera.

Under the hood, the Desire 20+ is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 720G chipset coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. As usual, the storage capacity can be further expanded via a microSD card.

The device draws power from a 5,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 fast-charging support. Other notable features also include a 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

For those who’re interested, the HTC Desire 20+ is available in both Black and Orange colorways. It will be priced at NTD$8,490 (US$296) for its sole 6GB+128GB model.
