OnePlus is all set to announce the next-generation’s OnePlus Nord 2 5G smartphone on July 22nd next week. But before the phone officially breaks cover, most of the details surrounding the device had already been leaked out, including it’s official renders.
Today, courtesy of Indian publisher 91Mobiles, we’re finally able to have a good idea on the device’s storage variants and pricing ahead of it’s launch. According to the latest info, the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2 5G is expected to be offered in both 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB variants which will be priced at INR31,999 (US$429) and INR34,999 (US$469) respectively in the Indian market.
Adding on, the publication also confirmed that the OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be offered in three color options including Grey Sierra, Blue Haze, as well as another variant that comes with a special leather back with Green Woods colorway.
In terms of specs, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G is rumored to feature a 6.53” Super AMOLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution and smooth 90Hz refresh rate. On top of that, it also features a hole-punch cutout on the upper-left corner of the screen which houses a 32 megapixels selfie shooter.
In the photography department, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G features a triple-cam setup that includes a 50 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide unit, as well as a 2 megapixels monochrome lens.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI chipset which will be paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage in the memory department. To keep it’s light on, the phone draws power from a respectable 4,500mAh battery which carries support for 65W fast-charging.
