Earlier this week, there were reports claiming that ASUS will be refreshing it’s ROG Phone 5 series lineup with a new model – ROG Phone 5s – that’s powered by the latest Snapdragon 888+ chipset.
However, it seems like ASUS isn’t the only gaming phone maker that will be introducing a new model during the second-halve of the year. According to renowned leaker Digital Chat Station, Black Shark is currently prepping a new smartphone bearing the model number KTSU-A0, which he believed could be the upcoming Black Shark 5.
Furthermore, he also hinted on the possibility that this device could be announced during the second-halve of the year. Though he doesn’t reveal much information regarding this handset, but he did mentioned that the phone will be powered by the new Snapdragon 888+ mobile platform as well.
For those who may not know, the Black Shark 4 Pro has been topping the list of AnTuTu’s best-performing flagship phone for the fifth consecutive months. As such, it’s exciting to see what the new Black Shark 5 will bring to us in the coming months.
