Realme V25 debuts with Snapdragon 695, 64MP triple-camera & 33W fast-charging

As scheduled, Realme has officially unveiled a new mid-range model known as the Realme V25 in the Chinese market. Despite being branded under the V series moniker, this device is pretty much a rebranded model of the Realme 9 Pro which was launched in the Asian market.

The Realme V25 builds around a 6.6” IPS LCD display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution alongside a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Also, there’s an usual punch-hole cut-out on the upper-left corner of the screen which houses a 16 megapixels front-facing camera for selfie and video calling purposes.

On the rear side, the phone features a rectangular-shaped camera module which play host to a triple-camera system lead by a 64 megapixels main camera and a pair of 2 megapixels monochrome lens and macro camera for close-up photography.

Under the hood, the Realme V25 is backed by an octa-core Snapdragon 695 chipset just like the recently announced Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G (Review). This will be paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage in the memory department.

To keep it’s lights on, the phone is also fitted with a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. Software-wise, it’ll be shipped with the latest Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 OS right off the box.

For those who’re interested, the Realme V25 is available in a trio of colors such as Black, Blue and Green. In the Chinese market, the phone will be priced at just 1,999 Yuan (US$317) for it’s sole 12GB+256GB configuration.
