Back in February, Vivo announced it’s first-ever T series smartphone in the global market known as the Vivo T1 5G. Fast forward three months, the company is now back with a slightly higher-end model in the Indian market dubbed as the Vivo T1 Pro 5G that comes with an upgraded chipset and camera system among other.
The new model builds around a 6.44” AMOLED display with FHD+ screen resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. To help with selfies and video calls, the phone also features a 16 megapixels front-facing camera that’s situated within it’s waterdrop-notch.
Over at the back, the Vivo T1 Pro 5G features a rectangular camera bump which houses a triple camera array that include a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra wide camera, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera for close up shots.
Sitting at the heart of the phone is an octa-core Snapdragon 778G chipset which will be paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage in the memory department. Sad to say, there isn’t any microSD slot for storage expansion on the device.
To keep it’s lights on, the Vivo T1 Pro 5G is backed by a respectable 4,700mAh battery that carries support for 66W fast-charging. On the software side of things, we can expect it to be shipped with the latest FuntouchOS 12 based on Android 12 OS right off the box.
Those who’re interested can pick the phone from two different colorways such as Turbo Black and Turbo Cyan. In terms of pricing, the Vivo T1 Pro 5G is respectively at INR23,999 (US$315) and INR24,999 (US$329) for it’s 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB variants.
