It’s no secret that Vivo is prepping another entry-level smartphone known as the Vivo Y02s which was previously rumored to launch somewhere later this month. Ahead of it’s launch, the device itself was reportedly listed on the company’s official site earlier today before it was being taken down.
However, it’s brief appearance is enough for some users with quick fingers to grab a screenshot of the Vivo Y02’s promo banners which revealed pretty much everything we need to know about it’s design and specifications.
According to what was listed on the website, the Vivo Y02s will be arriving with a 6.51” LCD display with an unspecified resolution and refresh rate. Past reports however, claimed that the phone will arrive with a HD+ screen resolution and 60Hz refresh rate.
Over at the back, the Vivo Y02s only has a single 8 megapixels camera that’s housed within a rectangular camera island. This will be supplemented by a LED flash that will come in handy when snapping photos in low-light environment.
Just like what was listed on Geekbench, the Vivo Y02s will indeed features an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset which will be paired with 3GB RAM as well as 32GB onboard storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card. Keeping it’s lights on will be a large 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 10W wired charging speed.
