ASUS recently confirmed that it will be unveiling the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate on Sept. 19 globally. 91mobiles has collaborated with reliable tipster Evan Blass to share the leaked renders of the ROG Phone 6D series. The leak shows that there are two models in the line-up, the ROG Phone 6D and the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate.
The ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate renders show that they look identical to the ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro phones that were made official in July this year. The ROG Phone 6 series is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, but the ROG Phone 6D series is expected to use the Dimensity 9000+ chipset.
The ROG Phone 6 has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The device runs on the Android 12 OS with ROG UI on top. It has a 12-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 50-megapixel + 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple camera unit.
The ROG Phone 6 comes with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. It has a 6,000mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging.
The ROG Phone 6 has an illuminated RGB strip on the back, whereas the Pro model is equipped with a 2-inch secondary OLED display on its rear shell. The Pro model has 18GB of RAM and 512 GB of built-in storage. While the ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate will feature the Dimensity 9000+ chip, the rest of their specs could be identical to the ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro.
