In September, Redmi unveiled the Redmi Note 13 series of smartphones in China. The brand announced three models, such as the Redmi Note 13 5G, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and the Redmi Note Pro Plus 5G. Today, the Indian wing of Redmi released an official confirmation that the Note 13 series will be unveiled on Jan.4 in India. By doing so, the Note 13 lineup begins its global launch journey, starting with India.
Redmi is yet to reveal the details of the Note 13 models for India. However, it appears that all three models will be released in the country. Here is quick recap of the Note 13 series’ key specs.
Redmi Note 13 series specifications
The Redmi Note 13 series has a 6.67-inch OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on MIUI 14-based Android 14 and is likely to be one of the first devices to receive the HyperOS OS upgrade.
The three phones are powered by the Dimensity 6080, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, and the Dimensity 7200 chipsets, respectively. In China, the entire series ships with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.
All three phones have a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The standard model has a 108-megapixel + 2-megapixel (macro) dual-camera setup. The Pro models have a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS support and an 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera system.
The Note 13 and Note 13 Pro+ have a 5,000mAh battery. Both phones support 33W and 120W charging, respectively. The Note 13 Pro has a 5,100mAh battery with 67W charging.
