Honor is working on a slew of new smartphones for the Chinese smartphone market. One of them is a compact phone, currently referred to as the Honor Magic 8 Mini, although its official moniker is not known yet. Since recent reports have revealed that it will feature a slim and lightweight form factor, the rumour mill is also referring to this device as the Magic 8 Slim. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station released a Weibo post revealing more details about this slim phone.
Honor Magic 8 Slim specs leak

According to the tipster, the alleged Honor Magic 8 Slim, which is codenamed Lily, will arrive with a 6.3-inch flat display and will be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset. It will offer decent photography capabilities, but he did not specify the camera sensors.
He added that the Magic 8 Slim will feature a metal frame and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It will be available in four shades, including Feather White, Shadow Black, Light Orange, and Fairy Purple.
A previous leak by the tipster revealed that the Magic 8 Slim’s OLED screen will support LTPO technology and a 1.5K resolution. It may either feature a 200-megapixel or a 50-megapixel primary camera, which will be accompanied by a telephoto camera. The device is said to pack a 5,500mAh battery and is expected to measure around 5 to 6.x mm.
In related news, Honor recently confirmed that it will unveil the Honor Win series of performance-focused phones on Dec. 26. This is expected to be followed by the Honor Power 2 in January 2026. The alleged Magic 8 Mini is expected to debut alongside the Magic 8 RSR (aka Magic 8 Ultra) in the first quarter of 2026.
