OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch date of the upcoming Nord CE 6 series for India. Scheduled to debut on May 7, the lineup will include two models: the Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite. The latter is arriving as the successor to 2024’s Nord CE 4 Lite, as the brand skipped the Lite variant last year.

According to the brand, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 will arrive with a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 3840Hz PWM dimming. On the durability front, it will have IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification for shock resistance.
The Nord CE 6 is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. Reports suggest that it may arrive with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage. It will come preloaded with ColorOS 16-based Android 16.
Under the hood, the Nord CE 6 will house a massive 8,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The device will also support 27W wired reverse charging and bypass charging.
OnePlus has not shared information about the camera capabilities of the device. However, it has confirmed that the phone will be sold in shades such as Fresh Blue, Lunar Pearl, and Pitch Black.
As for the Nord CE 6 Lite, it is confirmed to feature a 7,000mAh battery, a Dimensity 7400 Apex chip, and a 144Hz refresh rate display. It will be sold in shades like Vivid Mint and Hyper Black.
