1. OPPO X 2021 – The Rollable Concept Smartphone
The OPPO X 2021 rollable concept smartphone is the latest achievement by OPPO, and proof of its R&D prowess in flexible display and structural stacking. Compared to the existing foldable displays that are currently in the market, the OPPO X 2021’s rollable display is easily adjustable between its minimum and maximum sizes, opening up more possibilities for productivity, entertainment, and daily usage.
By incorporating a flexible OLED screen, the OPPO X 2021 concept smartphone introduces an innovative retractable display that can be adjusted from 6.7 inches to 7.4 inches diagonally. In the process of achieving this feature, optimisations were also made to the design of the phone to support its flexible and retractable screen. This was done through a set of proprietary technologies to solve the potential issues that may arise due to inclusion of the thin and flexible screen.
Additionally, the device is tested for up to 100,000 retractions and extensions. This means that on average, the smartphone will be able to last for slightly more than five years, and for more extensive usage of the phone, the rollable feature on the OPOP X 2021 is expected to operate flawlessly for between two and three years.

The OPPO Find X3 Pro is a streamlined masterpiece, crafted from a single piece of glass that flows seamlessly into a continuous curve, giving it a space age design. The pinnacle of its design is seen where the glass curves and flows around the dual-camera housing – the Gradient Arc. While its minimalist beauty may seem simplistic in nature, the science behind it is far more complex, and one that is truly unique to the smartphone brand.

To successfully design and create these precision curves in the rear glass, OPPO designers used a process called ‘UV point mapping’, projecting a 2D image onto a 3D surface. They then split the surface of the curve into more than 2,000 individual dots, and tweaked each point individually to fine-tune and achieve the final perfect uninterrupted curve seen on the OPPO Find X3 Pro.
Beyond its physical design, the finishes on OPPO Find X3 Pro offer aesthetics that propel it far beyond anything else achieved so far. A new anti-glare, frost matte finish not only leaves the flowing glass feeling as smooth as silk, but it also provides incredibly robust fingerprint-resistance, ensuring that it is kept pristine at all times. An improved ceramic glaze available in a Gloss Black finish delivers incredible strength and a deep, rich beauty. The Blue option with a dual tone finish, on the other hand, transforms light reflections into mesmerising diffused waves and patterns of colour.
3. Reno series – The innovation pioneers
The Reno Series symbolises innovation through a well-balanced combination of technology and fashion. First released in 2019, the Reno series made fashionable technology easily accessible to users. With a brand-new ethos of combining design philosophy with user communication, the Reno Series aims to meet the evolving smartphone needs of trendsetting consumers around the globe.
The first few OPPO Reno series phones saw some of the most innovative pop-up front-facing cameras out there, as they rose from the top of the phone in a wedge. Thanks to the Shark Fin design with a swivel pop up camera, the Reno series had the largest screen-to-body ratio compared to other smartphones during its time. On the back cover, the Reno Series smartphones fuse two different textures made of up a glass-like polycarbonate resin engineered with a premium matte finish that feels great in the hand while being light and user friendly.
The latest Reno5 series was also created using the brand-new Diamond Spectrum process, allowing the Galactic Silver colour variant to feature a new visual effect that showcases thousands of colours from different angles and lighting. Galactic Silver is also finished with the Reno Glow process, a unique Anti-Glare (AG) glass process designed by OPPO, that makes it fingerprint-resistant while leaving a subtle glittery flush on the back cover, resembling a surface embedded by millions of diamonds.
4. OPPO Find X2 series – Vegan leather
The Green and Orange Vegan Leather editions of the OPPO Find X2 series are a continuation of OPPO’s exploration of new materials and design innovation. Taking inspiration from the concept of “healing”, the OPPO Find X2 Pro Green Vegan Leather takes centre stage by combining the flagship smartphone’s technical capabilities with a soothing and refreshing colour that exudes comfort. The elegant green shade was strategically selected to bring users a colour that was not only unique and aesthetically pleasing, but also soothing to the eyes.
To create a holistic experience through sight and touch, the OPPO Find X2 Pro Green Vegan Leather also includes a custom-made vegan leather built-in the middle frame. The OPPO Find X2 Pro combines environmentally friendly materials with a unique three-layer leather stitching technology to breathe tactile sensation into the product. Fully constructed in green matte metal, the middle frame of the OPPO Find X2 Pro relies on sandblasting technology to ensure a consistent colouring throughout the product.
