Alleged Honor Magic 2 May Launch on December 13

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has confirmed that through it Weibo account that it will be launching new smartphone on Dec. 13 in China. The following poster has been uploaded on Weibo to confirm the arrival of this mysterious phone.

The presence of the number 4 on the above poster shows that the smartphone may feature dual cameras on the front and backside of the phone. As it can be seen, the poster does not contain any information on the upcoming Honor phone. It is speculated that the Chinese firm could be prepping on the launch of Honor Magic that had debuted exactly a year ago.

The Honor Magic was the first smartphone from the company to launch with AI capabilities. Since Huawei has introduced Kirin 970 as is first AI driven chipset, it is likely that the company could be working on the second-generation Honor Magic.

The original Honor Magic was launched with a 5.09-inch display that carries support for Quad HD resolution. It is powered by Kirin 950 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. It has an internal storage of 64 GB. Its rear panel has a pair of 12-megapixel sensors and the front panel includes an 8-megapixel selfie camera. It features a 2,900mAh battery.
