After unveiling the Xiaomi Mi 6, the Chinese firm was heavily speculated to launch the Mi 6 Plus flagship phone in a few months. It is rumored that the lack of Snapdragon 835 could have the reason for the no show of Mi 6 Plus. However, fresh information claims that Mi 7 and Mi 7 Plus flagship phones may be unveiled together in March 2018.
The Xiaomi Mi 7 is expected to come with a 5.65-inch display and the larger Mi 7 Plus may arrive with a 6.01-inch screen. Both the phones are handsets are expected to aspect ratio of 18:9. The smaller Mi 7 has a 3,200mAh capacity and the Mi 7 Plus is expected to house a 3,500mAh capacity. Both the smartphones are expected to feature metal and glass combination design. The Mi 7 and Mi 7 Plus will be also enabled with wireless charging.
The Snapdragon 845 chipset along with 6 GB of RAM are rumored to power the Mi 7 duo. The rear side of both phones are expected to house AI powered 12-megapixel Sony IMX380 + 20-megapixel Sony IMX350 dual cameras. The Mi 7 and Mi 7 Plus are rumored to get unveiled with respective price tag of 2,699 Yuan and 2,999 Yuan by March 2018.
