The Galaxy Note 8 that was unveiled on Aug. 23 is the company’s first smartphone to arrive with dual rear cameras. Last Saturday, Sammy launched the new Galaxy J7+ as its second dual rear camera phone in Thailand. It joins the other J7 phones of this year suggest the Galaxy J7 (2017) and Galaxy J7 Pro.
The Galaxy J7+ is fitted with a 5.5-inch S-AMOLED display that supports a full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The Galaxy J7 (2017) and Galaxy J7 Pro are both powered by Exynos 7870 chipset. The Galaxy J7+ has MediaTek Helio P20 chipset under its hood that delivers a clocking speed of 2.4 GHz.
The Galaxy J7+ includes 4 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 32 GB and it also features an external storage slot that supports up to 256 GB of microSD card. It includes a dual rear camera setup that comprises of f/1.7 aperture 13-megapixel lens and a f/1.9 aperture 5-megapixel lens. The latter is a depth sensing snapper that allow s users to snap images with bokeh effect. The frontside includes a f/1.9 aperture 16-megapixdel selfie snapper.
The Galaxy J7+ has a 3,000mAh battery. The frontal Home button is embedded with a fingerprint reader. Its other features include Always-on Display and Bixby app. It will be available on pre-orders in Thailand with a pricing of THB 12,900 (~$390). It will go on sale from Sept. 17.
