Google Releases Security Update For Nexus 4 And Galaxy Nexus

Google Releases Security Update For Nexus 4 And Galaxy NexusOwners of the Google Nexus 4 as well as the Samsung Galaxy Nexus should already begun receiving the OTA security update from Google – which apparently fixes the security vulnerability for the latest Android 4.3 firmware. This security update will also be carrying the build number JWR66Y. This comes after reports of the recent bitcoin heist, in which hackers exploit the security vulnerability of the Android 4.3.

Apart from improving the security of the device, there shouldn’t be any other noticeable changes on the device after the security update – so don’t get too excited about the update! Likewise, we’re also hearing that this update will also be making its way to the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 tablets as well. So stay with us for more information about the upcoming updates!
