Honor AKA-AL10 has been certified by TENAA; could it be the Honor 9X Lite variant?

A new Honor smartphone carrying the model number AKA-AL10 has recently been certified by the Chinese TENAA authority which hints on it’s imminent arrival.

It’s official listing on TENAA’s database has also revealed it’s real life images along with most of the key specs which we could expect from the Honor AKA-AL10.

At first glance, the Honor AKA-AL10 seems to share a close resemblance to the upcoming Honor 9X Lite which is slated to be announced in the next couple of weeks.

As seen from the images above, the upcoming Honor AKA-AL10 also touts a rectangular camera module on the back panel which will play host to a pair of camera sensors – just like the Honor 9X Lite. The only difference is that the LED flash for the Honor AKA-AL10 is placed outside of the camera module.

Besides that, both devices will also feature a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Therefore, there is some possibility that this device could be the Chinese variant of the upcoming Honor 9X Lite.

According to it’s TENAA listing, the Honor AKA-AL10 sports a 6.39*-inches IPS LCD display which has a decent 1560 × 720 pixels screen resolution. The device has an overall footprint measuring 159.81×76.13×8.13 mm and weighs approximately 176g.

Under the hood, it will be driven by an octa-core processor which will be clocked at 2.0GHz. In it’s memory compartment, there will be an option of 4GB/ 6GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB onboard storage space which is expandable by up to 512GB.

Moving on, the dual-camera setup on the back consists of a 48 megapixels main shooter, as well as a 2 megapixels sensor which is likely to be a depth sensor. This will be accompanied by an 8 megapixels selfie camera at the front.

Last but not the least, the device will be fueled by a 3,900mAh battery and will run on the latest EMUI 10 based on Android 10 OS.
