Honor Magic V foldable phone is scheduled to launch on Jan. 10 in China. The company recently released a few teaser images to give a glimpse of its main camera module and front display. Now, Esquire magazine has shared a promo image to show what the device looks like from behind. In addition, an image shared by a reliable tipster from China has leaked the pricing of the two variants of the Magic V.
The Magic V’s promo image shows that the device has an orange-colored leather back and a metallic frame. The rear-facing camera setup is clearly visible in the image. The top edge of the device has a speaker grille. The bottom edge of the device, which is not visible in the image, may feature another speaker grille for stereo audio output.
A volume rocker and a power key are available on the right edge of the Honor Magic V. The front side of the phone is fitted with a cover display with a punch-hole design. It can be said based on recent teasers that Magic V will come in other colors apart from the leatherback edition.
Honor Magic V Pricing Leak
The above-shown image shared by tipster WHY LAB has revealed that the Honor Magic V will come in two options such as 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The image further reveals that these variants are priced at 13,999 Yuan ($2,196) and 14,999 Yuan ($2,353), respectively. The leak also mentions pre-sale of the device will be carried out at 10 pm (local time) on the launch day.
Past reports have revealed that the Magic V will feature a 6.5-inch cover display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate and an 8-inch foldable screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. For photography, it may feature a Sony IMX766 50-megapixel primary camera.
