The Honor ViewPad 6 made its official debut back in May last month. However, the official pricing for the tablet wasn’t revealed during the launch event.
Today, Honor has finally announced the official pricing of the tablet in the Chinese market which could potentially shed some light on how the tablet could be priced in the global markets.
As expected, the Honor ViewPad 6 will be available in both Wi-Fi and 5G editions. For the Honor ViewPad 6 Wi-Fi edition, it will be priced at 2,199 Yuan (US$310) and 2,499 Yuan (US$353) respectively for the 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB models.
The 5G edition on the other hand, will be priced at 3,199 Yuan (US$452) and 3,999 Yuan (US$565) respectively for the 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB models.
As a quick recap, the Honor ViewPad 6 features a 10.4-inches LCD display which boasts an impressive 2000×1200 pixels screen resolution. Courtesy of its thin bezels, the tablet is able to attain an impressive screen-to-body ratio of around 84%.
Over at the back, there is a rectangular camera module which houses a 13 megapixels camera and a LED flash. As usual, there will also be a familiar Honor emblem located at the middle of its rear panel. Its rear design, according to Honor, is heavily inspired by the “Tyndall effect”.
The Honor V6 Tablet is driven by an octa-core Kirin 985 platform which carries support for 5G connectivity in both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes.
To keep its lights on, there will be a massive 7,250mAh battery at the helm which will take an average of 2.5 hours for a full charge. For those who’re interested, the tablet will be available in a total of 3 color variants including Green, Silver and Black.
