How to root Blu Studio 5.0 tutorial

How to root Blu Studio 5.0 tutorialThe Blu Studio 5.0 is another mid-range Android smartphone released by mobile manufacturer Blu back in April this year. Since the Blu Studio 5.0 is running on the Mediatek MT6577 processor, it can be easily rooted through the boromir exploit using the Framaroot app. Rooting the device will enable you to install custom ROMs as well as tweak its performance to a certain extent. If you’re interested, then read on to find out how to root the Blu Studio 5.0.

Before we begin, I would like to warn you that during the process of rooting, there is a risk of bricking your own device. So if you still want to proceed, you’ll be doing it at your own risk and we will hold no responsible for any form of damage on your device. Its a good practice for you to backup your device to an external source apart from your own SD Card.

Follow the steps below on how to root the Blu Studio 5.0

  1. Download the Framaroot apk to your desktop.
  2. Connect the Blu Studio 5.0 to your PC.
  3. Copy the Framaroot apk from your PC to the root of your device’s SD card.
  4. Make sure you have checked the Unknown Sources in your device’s settings so that you can install apks outside Google Play.
  5. Launch your file explorer from your app drawer ( if you do not have one, you can download ES File Explorer from the Play Store ) and look for the Framaroot apk. Once you’ve found the apk, install it.
  6. Launch the Framaroot app on your device.
  7. From the app, tap on Boromir and you should expect a success pop-up being shown up on your device.
  8. Restart your device.
  9. Congratulation! You’ve just rooted the Blu Studio 5.0

That’s all you have to do to get the device rooted in less than an hour. All credits will be given to the original developers.

I’m trying to partition my SD card to free up
internal space. Can someone tell me why my SD card is already showing 3 disks
before I’ve partitioned it? When I connected it with MiniTool
Partitioning it was already showing Disk 1, Disk 2 and Disk 3. Minitool says Disk 1 is
the internal hard drive of the computer. One of the drives between Disk 2 and
Disk 3 is likely my SD card. So
which Disk do I partition and after that what do I do with the other Disk?
