- Download the Unlock Root file to your desktop.
- Make sure you have enabled USB Debugging from your device’s settings.
- Connect the HCL ME U2 tablet to your PC.
- Run the Unlock Root program by double-clicking on its icon on your desktop.
- Once done, click on the Root button on the program itself.
- It will then begin rooting your tablet. This will take quite awhile.
