The Xolo Q2000 is a mid-range Android handset released by Xolo back in November last year. The Xolo Q2000 comes with a 5.5 inches HD display powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. Like most other Xolo smartphones, you can root Xolo Q2000 easily using the Motochopper program. So if you happen to own this device and wants to get it rooted, then you’re at the right place! In this tutorial, I will be guiding you on how to root Xolo Q2000 in less than an hour.

Prerequisites before you begin rooting Xolo Q2000
- Download the MotoChopper file to your PC.
- Make sure you have installed the necessary device driver on your PC.
- On your device, make sure you have enabled USB debugging under the Developer options in your device’s settings.
- Make sure there is at least 80% battery left on your smartphone before begin rooting your device.
- Back up the Xolo Q2000 smartphone.
Follow the steps below on how to root Xolo Q2000
- Extract the MotoChopper file to your desktop.
- Connect the Xolo Q2000 to your PC. Make sure you PC is able to detect your device before moving on.
- From the extracted file, double-click on the run.bat.
- A pop-up similar to the one above should appear on your PC.
- Hit any key on your keyboard to begin rooting your device.
- Once done, you should see the word success in the command prompt.
- Now, hit any key to exit Motochopper.
- Your device should now restart on its own.
- Congratulation! You’ve just rooted Xolo Q2000!
