Huawei Nova 7i is AnTuTu’s best performing mid-ranger smartphone for the month of April

Besides announcing the list of top performing flagship phones for the month of April, AnTuTu had also released the list of top 10 best performing mid-ranger smartphones as well.

The data source of this ranking was culminated from AnTuTu Benchmark V8 from April 1st to 30th. It’s worth noting that the average score was calculated from more than 1,000 devices, and may continue to change as more devices are being benchmarked.

For the month of April, the Huawei Nova 7i had overtaken the Redmi Note 8 Pro to become the top performing mid-ranger with an overall average score of 308,853 points. This device is backed by an octa-core Kirin 810 SoC which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro which had been sitting in the top position for the past few months, has now slipped to the second position. This device is powered by a powerful gaming-centric MediaTek Helio G90T SoC paired with 6GB worth of RAM under the hood.

In the third and forth positions, we have the newly announced Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro. These devices are driven by the Helio G90T and Snapdragon 720G SoC respectively. Despite the Realme 6 Pro being the supposed higher-end model, the vanilla Realme 6 actually obtained a higher performance score.

Subsequently, we also have the Redmi Note 9S, Realme X2, Xiaomi Mi 9T, Samsung Galaxy A80, Samsung Galaxy A71 and Xiaomi Mi Note 10 in the fifth to tenth positions.

With the vast number of mid-ranger smartphones announced in recent months, we can expect more changes to the top 10 list for the month of May. Some of the possible devices which could make its way to the top 10 positions include the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, Redmi Note 9, as well as Redmi Note 9 Pro.
