Huawei P40 Pro official render leaked again; may have a higher-end model as well

Update: Renowned leaker @evleaks has hinted that the Huawei P40 series may debut on March 26th.

Just yesterday, we’d seen an official-looking render of the upcoming Huawei P40 Pro in five different colorways including Black, Blush Gold, Silver Frost, Deep Sea Blue, and Ice White.

Now, courtesy of the folks over at Android Headlines, we’re able to have a closer look at the highly-anticipated handset at various angles. Once again, the render we see here reaffirmed the existence of a pill-shaped cut out on it’s front panel that will house a dual-camera system. It’s design closely resembles that of the recently announced Honor V30 and Huawei Nova 6, except with more pronounced curves along the two sides.

On it’s rear panel, there will be a familiar rectangular-shaped camera module that is pretty similar to what we’d seen on the Honor V30 Pro. This module will house a total of four camera sensors which is likely to include a standard main shooter, ultra-wide lens and a ToF sensor.

Besides introducing the P40 Pro, Huawei is said to have another higher-end model in the pipeline this year. Unlike the P40 Pro, this device will have a penta-camera setup, with an inclusion of a periscope camera that is capable of achieving up to 10x optical zoom.

Courtesy of renowned leaked @evleaks, the actual design of this mysterious handset had also been brought to the light. What’s more unique is that this device may be arriving with a ceramic body as well.

This means that there will be a total of 3 models (excluding P40 Lite) in the upcoming Huawei P40 flagship series which includes P40, P40 Pro, as well as P40 Pro Premium (or whatever Huawei decides to market it as).

These devices are expected to make their official debut during an official launch event held in Paris towards the end of March.
