Recent reports have revealed that the iQOO 15 lineup may include three devices, namely the iQOO 15, iQOO 15 Mini, and the iQOO 15 Ultra. Among these, only the standard iQOO 15 is expected to debut this year, whereas the Mini and Ultra editions may hit the Chinese market in the first half of 2026. Today, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station released a Weibo post to share the key specifications of the standard model.

According to the tipster, the iQOO 15 will feature a 6.8-inch Samsung AMOLED panel that will produce a 2K resolution and it will be integrated with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. For enhanced gaming and audio experience, the device will be equipped with a large haptic motor and a pair of speakers.
Under the hood, the iQOO 15 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (SM8850) chipset. This name is said to be the final moniker for Qualcomm’s next-generation chip, which will succeed the Snapdragon 8 Elite from last year. It appears that the topmost configuration of the device will have 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
The iQOO 15 is said to house a battery of around 7,000mAh capacity. In terms of charging, it is expected to support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. While it is not mentioned in the leak, the device is expected to run on Android 15 with a layer of OriginOS 6 on top.
The iQOO 15 is tipped to feature a 50-megapixel main camera featuring a 1/1.5-inch camera sensor. It will be joined by a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto snapper, which, according to other reports, will support 3x optical zoom. Previous reports have also claimed that the setup will include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Lastly, the tipster claimed that it has all the essentials onboard, indicating that it will be a reliable flagship offering.
