iQOO Confirms 4,500mAh Battery for iQOO Pro 5G

iQOO will be launching the iQOO Pro 5G smartphone on Aug. 22 in China. Ahead of launch, the Chinese firm is busy revealing some of the key specs of the phone. It has already confirmed that the iQOO Pro 5G is equipped with Snapdragon 855+, dual SIM support with 5G and Hi-Fi audio. Today, the Chinese firm has confirmed that the smartphone will be arriving with a 4,500mAh battery.

The iQOO Pro 5G will be debuting as enhanced version of the original Vivo IQOO gaming smartphone that was unveiled in April this year. Hence, the iQOO Pro 5G is bound to arrive with upgraded specs over the iQOO smartphone. There is a 4,000mAh battery present inside the iQOO gaming phone. Its enhanced edition will be coming with 500mAh more battery power. The iQOO Pro 5G has a model number of V1916A. The model number was spotted on 3C’s database in the previous month through which it was revealed that the phone will be arriving with support for 44W fast charging.

The iQOO Pro 5G’s TENAA listing has revealed that it will be coming with 48-megapixel + 13-megapixel + 12-megapixel triple camera and a frontal shooter of 12-megapixel. The handset houses a full HD+ 6.4-inch AMOLED display with in-screen fingerprint reader. It is expected to come with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. Since it includes a larger battery, its thickness has increased to 9.325mm.
