KitKat update rolled out for Verizon Galaxy Note 3

Android KitKat

After a relatively long wait, the KitKat update has finally landed on the Verizon Galaxy Note 3. However, this update will not be rolled out over-the-air, so users have to first install the Kies software on their PC before they can download the update.

According to the folks from Android Central, it will take you more than 30 minutes to install KitKat on your device so you really got to have some patience. This update will bring along all the typical enhancements and features which comes with Android 4.4, as well as some minor updates to Samsung’s own apps.

Do share with us more about the update once you have it on your Galaxy Note 3!

*The update is now available OTA as well.
