The Meizu 16T has gone official today in China. With a starting price of 1,999 Yuan ($282), it is the most affordable Snapdragon 855 powered smartphone. The handset has many exciting features like big display, large-sized battery and triple rear cameras. Moreover, it comes with decent gaming capabilities.
Meizu 16T Specifications and Features
The Meizu 16T has a 6.5-inch S-AMOLED display that offers 18.6:9 aspect ratio and full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2232 pixels. The display is embedded with Super mTouch fingerpint sensor for unlocking the device in just 0.2 seconds. The Snapdragon 855 chipset with its 2.84GHz processor drives the smartphone. It come with up to 8 GB LPDDR4x RAM. It come with 128 GB and 256 GB UFS 3.0 storage choices.
The back panel of the Meizu 16T has a triple camera system with 12-megapixel Sony IMX362 main lens, a 118-degree 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 5-megpixel depth sensor. On the front is a 16-megapixel selfie snapper. The Android 9 Pie OS along with Flyme 7 UI runs on the device. The company will be releasing the Flyme 8 UI for it in December. The 4,500mAh battery of the phone supports 18W fast charging.
The Meizu 16T has linear motor for in-game vibrations. For optimized gaming, it features Game Mode 4.0. The Meizu 16T is also equipped with dual stereo speakers for immersive audio experience while gaming.

The Meizu 16T is priced at 1,999 Yuan ($282) for 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model, 2,199 Yuan ($324) for 8GB RAM + 128 GB storage model and 2,499 Yuan ($353) for 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant. Whale Blue, Daylight Orange and Lake Green are the color variants of the Meizu 16T. The pre-orders of the phone have stared and its scheduled to go on sale on Oct. 28.
