A slew of new phones will go official in April. Among these is a much-anticipated Meizu 17 flagship phone. It will be debuting as the company’s first 5G ready smartphone. Today, a leaked shot of the phone revealing its back panel surfaced on Weibo.
The new shows that the Meizu 17 features a horizontal camera setup. It consists of four cameras and the last one is surrounded by an LED ring. The rest of the white rear of the phone is barren. The brand name of the company can be seen at the bottom of the back panel.
Past reports have revealed that the Meizu 17 will be coming with a punch-hole display. It is speculated that it will have a tiny hole for the camera the top-right corner of the screen. Also, the punch-hole is said to be surrounded by a ring flash. The handset will have an in-screen fingerprint reader.
Meizu 17 Specifications
The Meizu 17’s display may measure around 6.5 inches. It will most likely support full HD+ resolution. It is expected to join the bandwagon of 90Hz refresh rate display phones. The phone may come with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and an internal storage of 128 GB.
The Android 10 OS overlaid with Flyme OS will come preinstalled on the Meizu 17. The phone may house a 4,500mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging and 30W fast wireless charging. There is no word on the pricing of the smartphone.
