Motorola P40 Tipped to Arrive with Exynos 9610 SoC

The Motorola P40 is one of the forthcoming smartphones from the company. The rumor mill has been claiming since the beginning of this year that it could be the first Snapdragon 675 chipset. Recently, 91mobiles had claimed that two upcoming Motorola phones will be powered by Exynos SoCs made by Samsung. The same publication has today claimed that the Exynos 9610 will be present under the hood of the Motorola P40.

The 10nm Exynos 9610 chipset powered Motorola P40 is expected to release in the market in three editions such as 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage, 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. The renders of the phone that had surfaced in the previous month had revealed that it will go official as the first phone from the company with punch-hole screen.

The new report reveals that the handset will be featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor in its dual camera setup. The handset is also expected to carry support for NFC. It may draw power from a 3,500mAh battery. The report claims that Motorola P40 will be releasing in colors such as Black and Gold.

The launch date of the Motorola P40 is currently under the wraps. It is speculated that the phone may debut as an Android One device.
