ZTE Nubia Z17 Mini, the affordable dual rear camera smartphone that was launched on April 6 has met with an incredible reception on its first sale. The Nubia Z17 Mini went on sale in China on April 12 and within one minute (56 seconds to be precise) the smartphone was sold out completely. The smartphone reached 100 million sales market on its first sale. Its impressive hardware specs and reasonable pricing has helped the Z17 Mini such a positive reception.
The phone is packed with a 5.2-inch full HD screen and it comes in two chipset variants. The Snapdragon 652 model has 4 GB of RAM and it offers 64 GB of storage. This model is price at 1,699 Yuan ($246). The Snapdragon 653 variant includes 6 GB of RAM and internal storage of 64 GB. This variant can be availed for 1,999 Yuan ($289). The Z17 Mini is available in colors like Elegant Black, Gold Black, Champagne Gold and Red.
The USP of the Nubia Z17 Mini is its dual rear camera system which consists of 13-megapixel monochrome sensor and a 13-megapixel RGB sensor. It is coupled with features like OIS, and 4K video recording. It has a 16-megapixel selfie snapper. Other specs include fingerprint scanner, Android Marshmallow OS with Nubia UI 4.0 skin, and a 2,950 mAh battery. The phone is expected to come in other markets like Europe and India by late May.
