OnePlus 8 5G render leaked out as well

After publishing the official render of the OnePlus 8 Pro 5G yesterday, renowned tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer is now back with the official render of the vanilla OnePlus 8 5G as well.

In fact, the official render of the OnePlus 8 5G is utterly similar to the earlier CAD images published by him back in October last year. This means we’d actually seen the actual design of the handset at least six months prior to it’s official launch.

As seen from the render above, the OnePlus 8 will feature a similar hole-punched design as it’s “Pro” variant. It will however, be downsized from 6.78-inches to 6.55-inches.

According to reports, it’s AMOLED display is said to feature a FHD+ screen resolution coupled alongside an impressive 90Hz screen refresh rate. Besides that, there will also be a 16 megapixels selfie camera housed in the tiny hole-punched compartment as well.

Over on the flip-side, we will see a traditional vertical camera module which play host to a triple-camera setup that includes a 48 megapixels main shooter, 16 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as another 2 megapixels sensor which is believed to be a 2 megapixels macro camera.

Moving on to it’s internals, the OnePlus 8 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC which will be paired with an option of 8GB/ 12GB LPDDRX4 RAM and 128GB/ 256GB UFS 3.0 flash storage.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 8 will be fueled by a hefty 4,300mAh battery which supports 30W Warp Charge 30T fast charging. However, there will be no wireless or reverse charging capability on the OnePlus 8.
