OnePlus Ace 2 Display Features Officially Confirmed

OnePlus Ace 2 and Buds Ace will be unveiled on Feb. 7 in China. Several reports have revealed the OnePlus 11R 5G, launching on the same day in India, will be almost identical to the Ace 2. Today, the company took to its Weibo account to confirm the key details of the Ace 2’s display.

The official poster released by the brand confirms that the OnePlus Ace 2 will be equipped with a 6.74-inch OLED display that is integrated with a fingerprint scanner. The alert slider can be seen on the edge of the device. As far as the display design is concerned, it has a centrally aligned punch-hole and curved edges.

The Ace 2’s display offers a 1.5K resolution of 2722 x 1240 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The screen delivers 450 ppi pixel density, a maximum brightness of 1,450 nits, HDR10+, PWM dimming, and a DCI-P3 color gamut.

The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset will be at the helm of the OnePlus Ace 2. The device is said to be equipped with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. It is likely to draw power from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging.

The Ace 2 will run on the Android 13 OS, which will be overlaid with ColorOS 13.1. The rear camera setup of the phone will feature a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support. It is likely to be coupled with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
