The Oppo Find N5 foldable smartphone has been making headlines since it was spotted in the 3C certification database in two versions – a standard model (PKH110) and a satellite communication-enabled version (PKH120). With the Chinese Spring Festival approaching, tech companies are expected to pause their activities until mid-February. As such, the Find N5 is likely to debut in the second half of 2025. Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station recently shared fresh insights into the device, shedding light on two previously undisclosed details.
Oppo Find N5 key specifications

The Oppo Find N5 is positioned as the “world’s thinnest foldable flagship,” featuring a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is said to weigh more than 219 grams, but could be lighter than its predecessor, which weighed approximately 245 grams. The N5 packs a much larger 5,700mAh battery, compared to the 4,800mAh battery in the previous model.
The foldable device also boasts top-tier specifications, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, making it the first foldable smartphone to use this chipset. Its design incorporates straight inner and outer displays, coupled with a highly durable 3D-printed titanium alloy hinge.
On the imaging front, the phone features a Hasselblad-branded triple-camera system, comprising a primary sensor, an ultra-wide lens, and a periscope telephoto lens. The details of the internal and selfie cameras are not known yet.
In addition, the Oppo Find N5 is set to achieve a new benchmark in durability as the first foldable smartphone to support IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 waterproof ratings. Charging capabilities include 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. With a folded thickness of under 9.2mm and a single-side thickness of around 4mm, the Find N5 is set to rival the slimmest foldable devices like the Honor Magic V3.
