Oppo Find X9 Ultra display may support 1.5K resolution
Earlier this year, Oppo unveiled the Oppo Find X8 Ultra equipped with a 2K resolution display in China. While the Find X9 and X9 Pro are expected to launch in October this year for the home market, the Find X9 Ultra is expected to break cover next year. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, reveals that the Find X9 Ultra’s display resolution will be downgraded.

In the above leak, DCS can be seen talking about an upcoming Oppo flagship phone equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 (SM8850) chip. Based on recent reports, it can be said that he could be talking about the Find X9 Ultra, which is expected to launch in China next year.
The leak states that the Find X9 Ultra is currently being tested with a flat display equipped with LIPO technology that will allow it to sport ultra-thin bezels. What’s surprising is that the screen is said to support a 1.5K resolution. As per previous reports, the screen size will be 6.82 inches like the previous generation. It is also said to feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
According to other reports, the Find X9 Ultra will be equipped with a 200-megapixel primary camera. it will be joined by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a pair of 50-megapixel periscope telephoto cameras. It is expected to ship with the ColorOS 16-based Android 16.
Speculations are rife that the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be a joined by a compact model equipped with a 6.3-inch display next year. This compact offering is also expected to feature the Dimensity 9500 chip like the X9 and X9 Pro.
