Earlier this year, Oppo unveiled the Oppo K12s smartphone in China. The mid-range phone is a slightly modified version of the K13 available in the Indian market. It appears that the brand is finally gearing up to bring K13-branded phones to China. As per a new Weibo post by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, the Oppo K13 Turbo series is tentatively scheduled to debut in July in China. Here’s a look at the key details shared in the latest leak.
Oppo K13 Turbo series key specs tipped
While the official names of the models in the K13 Turbo series are not known, it appears that the lineup may include the standard K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro. The standard model is tipped to feature the Dimensity 8450 chipset. It is expected to arrive in shades like Knight White, Black Warrior, and First Purple.
The Oppo K13 Turbo Pro is expected to rival the likes of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro and the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro in China. The reason behind this is that the K13 Pro is said to have the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, like its competitors. It may come in colour options such as Knight Silver, Black Warrior, and First Purple.
Both models are said to have a 6.8-inch OLED LTPS screen with a flat design. At present, there is no information on whether it will support the regular 120Hz or a higher 144Hz refresh rate. Both models will have a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system. The series is also expected to feature an RGB fan and a large battery.
