OPPO Reno 10x Zoom 12GB RAM Special Edition announced with a new Ocean Blue colorway

Today, OPPO has announced a new OPPO Reno 10x Zoom 12GB RAM Special Edition which will soon be up for grabs in select markets.

As it’s name suggests, this new model will arrive with a hefty 12GB RAM out of the box. Currently, the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is available only in 6GB and 8GB variants.

The special edition model will also sport a new exclusive Ocean Blue colorway, and will come with 256GB onboard storage. Other than that, the rest of the specs remains unchanged.

OPPO Reno 10x Zoom Specifications

The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is a flagship device announced by OPPO back in April 2019. The device features a 6.6-inches display with 1080 x 2340 pixels screen resolution and a 19.5:9 tall aspect ratio which boosts a 387 ppi density.

The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is powered by an 8-cores Snapdragon 855 SoC alongside up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage space in its memory compartment.

Moving on to its camera, the device comes equipped with a triple-camera setup which comprises of a 48MP (f/1.7 aperture) main snapper, a 13MP (f/3.0 aperture) periscope telephoto sensor, as well as a 8MP (f/2.2 aperture) ultrawide sensor. On the front, there is also a 16MP (f/2.0 aperture) motorized “sharkfin” pop-up camera for selfie purposes.

In terms of software, the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom runs on the ColorOS 6 based on the Android 9.0 Pie OS. A massive 4,065mAh non-removable battery is available under the hood to support hours of entertainment on the go.
