According to an official court filing, Apple has apparently agreed to lift the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini from their list of ‘ patent infringing ‘ devices. However, Apple also confirmed that they have the rights to put the Galaxy S3 Mini back to the list if the circumstance changes in future.
