To commemorate the festive season, Realme has announced a new entry-level smartphone in the Indonesian market known as the Realme C15 Holiday Edition.
Despite bearing a new moniker, the Realme C15 Holiday Edition is inherently the same device as the Realme C15 Qualcomm Edition that was launched in India earlier on.
In terms of specs, the device features a 6.5-inches HD+ LCD display that comes with a dewdrop-notch at the front for its 5 megapixels selfie camera. Over at the back, there’ll be a squarish camera housing on the top-left corner which houses a quad camera system.
These cameras will include a 13 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. Other than that, there will also be a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor at the back.
Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 460 SoC instead of the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC used in the regular Realme C15. It’ll be paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage which supports memory expansion via a microSD card.
To keep its lights on, the Realme C15 Holiday Edition draws power from a massive 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. What’s interesting is that the device actually carries support for reverse charging as well.
In the Indonesian market, the Realme C15 Holiday Edition will retail at 2,199,000 Rupiah (US$156) for its sole 4GB+64GB model.
