Realme GT’s Leather Back Edition Officially Showcased

Yesterday, Realme revealed the rear appearance of the upcoming Realme GT flagship phone. The edition that was shown yesterday had a glass back. Today, the company took to Weibo to share a render of the leather back version of the device.

Recently, a Chinese tipster had claimed that apart from glass back, there will be another version of the Realme GT with Bumblebee leather back. The official poster released today shows that the device has an orange-colored leather rear with a vertical black strip at the camera area. The camera housing has a 64-megapixel triple camera setup.

One of the posters that were released yesterday revealed that the phone is equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack. The company is yet to reveal the front design of the Realme GT. However, it is already known through its TENAA appearance that is equipped with a punch-hole display.

Realme will be taking off covers from the Realme GT smartphone on March 4 in China. It is speculated that the phone may arrive in Standard and Pro versions. The latter is expected to come equipped with specs like Snapdragon 888 mobile platform, a 160Hz refresh rate display, and 125W UltraDart charging technology. At present, the company has not revealed any information on its existence.

The Realme GT 5G was recently spotted at the AnTuTu benchmarking platform with some of its key specs. The listing revealed that the device has a 120Hz refresh rate supporting screen, Snapdragon 888 SoC, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and Android 11 OS. Its 3C appearance revealed that it could be shipped with a 65W charger.
