During the launch event of the Realme X2 Pro, the Chinese smartphone maker had also took some time to announce the company’s latest milestone. According to them, there are already 17 million Realme smartphone users globally.
If you still remember back in August this year, the company has just announced that they have crossed the 10 million users mark globally as of July 10th. In just a matter of three month times, the company has grew it’s user base tremendously to 17 million – which is definitely a great achievement for a smartphone company which is only slightly more than a year old.
At the beginning, the company used to release entry-level to mid-ranger smartphones which are competitively priced. However, in recent months Realme has been edging towards releasing more upper mid-ranger and even flagship devices to diversify their current portfolio.
This of course, include the newly announced Realme X2 Pro flagship which can easily compete against the likes of Redmi K20 Pro and Honor 20 Pro. With all these exciting devices in their current portfolio, it’s just a matter of time before they can match up against other matured sub-brands including Redmi and Honor in terms of market share.
