The feverishly-anticipated Realme X50 is all set to be announced on January 7th next week. However, even before the device has been made official, we’d already seen it’s front and rear design courtesy of it’s earlier teasers.
Today, Realme’s CEO Madhav Sheth also took a step further by releasing a live image of the Realme X50 in it’s “Polar White” color option. As mentioned before, the rear design of the Realme X50 looks pretty similar to that of the Realme XT and Realme X2 – except for the placement of it’s LED flash.
On it’s front panel, the Realme X50 will feature a pill-shaped cut-out which houses two selfie cameras. That’s something similar to what we’d seen on the Honor V30 and Huawei Nova 6. From what we’d learned so far, the front display of the Realme X50 is said to support an impressive refresh rate of up to 120Hz as well.
In case you’d missed out, the Realme X50 will be the company’s first-ever 5G smartphone which is driven by the latest Snapdragon 765G SoC. The device is capable of supporting both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G modes out of the box.
Similarly, it will also be able to support concurrent 5G and Wi-Fi connection – something similar to the Dual Wi-Fi mode which saw on the Oppo Reno2. To support hours of continuous usages on the go, the Realme X50 is equipped with a so-called five-dimensional ice-cooled heat dissipation system which helps to prevent overheating even under intense gaming conditions.
Under the hood, the device is fueled by a power cell which supports the enhanced VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology, capable of fueling the device from 0 to 70% within a short span of 30 minutes.
Recently, the Realme X50 Geekbench listing also revealed that the device had achieved an impressive score of 2,907 points and 7,017 points for it’s single-core and multi-core performance.
