The wait is over! Realme has finally unleashed their latest Realme X50 powerhouse during an official launch event in China. This device is the first-ever 5G smartphone from the Chinese smartphone maker and is pretty impressive across all metrics.
Realme X50 Design
First and foremost, the Realme X50 employs a 6.57-inch IPS LCD display with 1080 x 2400 pixels screen resolution. Most significantly, it is also the first Realme smartphone to sport a 120Hz display which offers an incredible visual experience for its users.
The front display of the Realme X50 has a pill-shaped, cut-out on the top-left corner which closely resembles what we’d seen on the Honor V30 and Huawei Nova 6. The device also has extremely thin bezels along it’s sides.
On it’s rear panel, the Realme X50 shares pretty much the same design language as the Realme XT, with a vertically arranged quad-camera setup on the top-left corner. The device’s dual-curved back panel also helps to improve the phone’s ergonomic.
The Realme X50 is available in two color options namely Polar White and Glacier Blue.
Realme X50 Specifcations
The Realme X50 is driven by the latest Snapdragon 765G SoC which has an integrated 5G modem capable of supporting both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes. Similarly, it is also able to support concurrent 5G and Wi-Fi connections.

Moving on to it’s camera compartment, the Realme X50 will feature a 64 megapixels main snapper, 12 megapixels telephoto lens, 8 megapixels ultra wide angle lens, as well as 2 megapixels macro camera. The rear camera is also capable of achieving up to 20x hybrid zoom.
