An unannounced device named the Redmi 11 Prime 5G was spotted on Xiaomi India’s official website. Now, tipster Mukul Sharma has tipped the launch timeframe of the smartphone for the Indian market.
According to the tipster, the Redmi 11 Prime 5G will debut as early as next week in India, which indicates that it will debut in September. According to the source, the Redmi 11 Prime 5G will be the series’ first India-ready 5G phone.
Sharma did not share any information on the specifications of the Redmi 11 Prime 5G. But the device will probably just be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11E, which came out in China earlier this year. The POCO M4 5G, which is already available in India, is a tweaked version of the Note 11E. The same device is also available with the Redmi 10 5G moniker in Indonesia.
