When the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom debut last month, the device is offered only in two memory configurations – 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. Shortly after it was announced, a higher-end model with 12GB+512GB memory setup was discovered on JD.com.
Right now, this unannounced ultra high-end model has finally went official and will go on sale starting April 9th. No doubt, it will command a considerably higher price tag of 4,499 Yuan (US$635/ S$909) for a buffed up memory capacity.
Since the Redmi K30 Pro series went on sale last month, the device has been selling like hot cakes. According to Redmi, the company had garnered a sales revenue exceeding 100 million Yuan within the first 30 seconds of its debut sale. This translates to between 25,000 to 33,350 units sold within half a minute.
