Redmi K50 Series, Redmi 10A 3C Certified, Charging Capabilities Revealed

Redmi K50 series launch event will be held on Feb. 16 in China. The event will see the arrival of the Redmi k50 Gaming Edition smartphone. It is unclear whether other K50 series of smartphones such as Redmi K50, K50 Pro, and K50 Pro+ will be launching through the same event. In addition, the purported Redmi 10A handset has also bagged 3C certification in China.

The Redmi K50 Gaming Edition (model number: 21121210C) was spotted at the 3C certification site last month. It revealed that the device may ship with a 120W charger. The 3C certification of the Redmi K50 Pro+ (model number: 22011211C) revealed that it may also ship with a 120W charger.

The Redmi K50 (model number: 22021211RC) and K50 Pro (model number: 22041211AC) have also received certification from the 3C authority of China. Both phones have been spotted with a 67W charger at the certification site.

The Redmi K50 Gaming Edition is confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Reports have revealed that the K50, K50 Pro, and K50 Pro+ will be driven by Dimensity 8000, Snapdragon 870, and Dimensity 9000 chipsets, respectively.

Redmi has two other mid-range smartphones waiting in the pipeline to go official. The first one is a handset with 2201116SC model number, which has been spotted with the Redmi Note 11E Pro moniker at the Google Play Console and Google supported devices list. It is said to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, which was recently announced in global markets

The Redmi 10A is the other device that is expected to launch soon in China. It has reportedly appeared with a 220233L2C model number at the 3C certification platform. The listing has revealed that it may ship with a 10W charger. It is speculated to feature the Helio G25 chipset.
