Redmi Note 8 Pro’s New 8 GB RAM + 256 GB Variant Introduced in China

The Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone had debuted along with the Redmi Note 8 phone in China in August. The highest variant of the Note 8 Pro featured 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Today, the Chinese firm has introduced a new edition for the phone. It includes 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of native storage.

The 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage edition of the Note 8 Pro costs 1,799 Yuan. The higher model of 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage carries a price tag of 1,899 Yuan. It can be availed in existing color options like Ice Jade Green, Fritillaria White and Electro-optic Ash. The rest of the specs of the new variant are same as that of its regular edition.

Redmi Note 8 Pro Specifications

The Redmi Note 8 Pro has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with waterdrop notch. It delivers full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Helio G90T SoC fuels the smartphone along with up to 8 GB of RAM. It offers up to 256 GB of storage and has a dedicated microSD card slot.

The 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera system can be found on the rear side of the Redmi Note 8 Pro. It has a front-facing camera of 20-megapixel. The device features a 4,500mh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
