Now, courtesy of renowned tipster Mukul Sharma, we now know that the company is prepping at least two devices for the March 12th launch event. These devices are none other than the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max.
As for the Redmi Note 9 Pro, the device has been recently spotted on Geekbench with an octa-core Snapdragon 720G SoC. In fact, the newly announced Realme 6 Pro is also driven by the same SoC as well.
Other than that, it was also revealed that the Redmi Note 9 Pro will have a 6GB variant and will run on the latest MIUI 11 based on Android 10.
At current stage, information regarding the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max remain scare, although it could probably arrives with bigger RAM or storage space, as well as an upgraded camera system.
In terms of design, both devices are likely to retain a glass body which delivers a more premium outlook for the device. At the back, both devices are expected to sport a squarish camera module at the center which houses a total of four camera sensors.
